How to send transfers?

• Show your passport to the Bank' officer.
• Fill out the form "Application for transfer" and deposit money with the teller.
• Get transfer number from the Bank' officer.
• Inform recipient of the transfer and its number.

How to receive transfers?

• Apply at the nearest Branch of PJSC "VOLKSBANK".
• Show passport to the Bank Officer.
• Fill out the form "Application for transfer receipt", specify the transfer control number.
• Receive money from teller.
