PJSC "VOLKSBANK" performs financing for long-term investment projects (term up to 15 years), which are executed by special companies SPC (Special Purpose Companies).

 

Financing destinations:

  • acquisition, reconstruction or rebuilding of real estate with the purpose of renting
  • construction of residential premises, with the purpose of selling after final construction is completed

Financing covers purchase of lend plots, designing, building up, etc.

Repayment of loan if fulfilled out of funds which are received from investment project fulfillment.

 

Project financing is executed by means of:

  • Investment loan.
  • Fund for Construction Financing.
  • Counter (second) financing for the buyers.

Conditions of financing the project by the Bank depend on the project's characteristics and are formed by taking into consideration distinctive features of every specific case.
